7 months agoThe True Architects of Afro Hair and Inclusive Customer Service. Wow!! Hair Architecture is a phenomenal hair salon. After many years of not going to hair salons due bad experiences. I've finally found this spectacular hair salon by the grace of God. First of all, as a black Muslim hijabi woman it is difficult, if not, near impossible to find a hair salon that knows and understands the nature of Afro hair and is also inclusive. Hair Architecture embodies both of these qualities and much more: knowledge, inclusivity, team work and fantastic positive vibes. Wendy (the owner) ensured that I felt included prior to taking off my headscarf, that meant so much to me because it was so unexpected. It felt like the icing on top of an already beautiful cake. Her act of kindness and consideration is truly a statement to the salon's professionalism and phenomenal customer service. I highly, highly recommend Hair Architecture. I'm still in awe of how amazing the service was. I had such a great laugh as well, and got some important gems of advice too. Love it!! God really answered my dua (prayer). I'm so grateful and will definitely return.
