in the last weekCame for a dinner with two of my friends and the place had a great vibe. The food was absolutely fantastic - sooo delicious, the lamb was tender and spicy, Efik rice was perfect but the plantain cake??? Another word. It tasted like the perfect sticky toffee pudding with a twist. Also, every time customers walked in we felt a chill as it was cold outside, and the staff attempted to create a wall using something that looked like foam, to prevent the breeze getting to us - without being asked! Oh and the drinks? So good! I went for the non-alcoholic Emudro, and it was the right balance of spicy and sweet. The only thing is they were strict about keeping to our 2 hour slot. I would definitely eat here again!

in the last weekAkara is outstanding, and Efik rice is my personal favorite. We actually enjoyed every dish we tried. Interestingly, the only one that didn’t stand out as much was the akara—even though it’s in the name of the restaurant. It wasn’t bad at all, just not as memorable compared to the others.

in the last weekSo tasty, somehow the best thing in my opinion was the rice! Huge portions, not your usual tiny small plates so be aware when ordering. Service could’ve been warmer.
