this is the closest hair shop to me so i will share my experience. everytime i go into this shop and start looking for products i can see through the corner of my eye a man who works there staring at me as if im going to steal something even when i say i dont need help. the lady at the till as well has a very cold tone that is not friendly whatsoever. i like how they always have the products i need but they really need to get new employees ASAP!!!!

I visited the store recently, and unfortunately, once again, the item I was looking for was out of stock. The shelves appeared quite empty, and there doesn't seem to be much variety in terms of modern or updated products. I often leave the store feeling disappointed, which is frustrating as it's the only Black hair care shop in Fulham. Yet, I go back in again and again! That said, during this visit, I was assisted by a lovely staff member who helped me check the price of an item. Although she had to call the owner and I waited a few minutes, I appreciated her willingness to help. When I asked about restocking, she wasn't sure and couldn't provide an update. In the past, I’ve also had experiences with another staff member who, unfortunately, hasn’t been as helpful. Hes always on his phone and really does not like moving from the till to show where an Item could be. It would be great if all team members were equally trained in customer service and communication to create a more welcoming and supportive shopping experience. Plus PLEASE get some stock in that is modern!! You are the only shop in Fulham- do I really need to go Brixton for hair gel??

I feel the need to review this place. I am CONFIDENT that this is the WORST hair shop in London. They never have the right stock, only have basic hair. They are also not even trying to help you by getting different things in that you require. To top it off, the staff are RUDE. It’s like they don’t want to serve you. When you go down an aisle, they follow you (perhaps thinking you are going to steal something). Overall they just don’t seem genuine people, they have the fakest smile ever, you can tell they only want your money and have crap customer service. I advise you, do not go in here unless you REALLY REALLY need to! I can guarantee that 99.99999999999999% they will not have what you want. Also, just to add, there is a guy that works in there and he is sooooooo rude. He has no manners whatsoever. He needs to do a course on customer service.
